To all riders and volunteers We are still on for tomorrow morning. The latest update from the weather.com and the weather channel both say there is a 30% chance of rain that morning and 50% for the afternoon http://www.weather.com/weather/hourbyhour/78147?begHour=8&begDay=255. I only plan to cancel if the weather cause any dangerous conditions tomorrow, but that decision will be made that morning. Regardless of weather, the BarBQ lunch is still on. We will still have a great bike picnic where riders can get to know each other, and share bike stories. As of Sept 10,2009, the weather is not a factor. The ride will proceed as scheduled as long as lightning and other weather conditions are not dangerous to the riders or event volunteers. On Line registration has ended. Riders can still register at the event. Registration starts at 7:00 am, the Ride starts at 8:00 am. T- shirts and BBQ will be on a first come first served basis for late registrations. Riders can download or open the form by clicking Registration Form. We have decide to include the BBQ lunch plate in the registration cost for the ride. Even though the lunch price is $7.00 we will only raise the ride cost by $5.00. Go to http://www.cityofpoth.org/online_registration.html to register for the ride. Remember that you can buy additional meal tickets for non riders, either online or at the event for $7.00.
