The mission of the Municipal Court is pre-determined by the Texas Code of Criminal Procedure and the code of Judicial Conduct. The court shall provide equal and impartial justice under the law and process each case efficiently without delay or unnecessary expense. In addition, it is the mission of this division to provide a friendly environment responding to the needs of all persons who come in contact with the Poth Municipal Court.
